This Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Notice is issued by LC Wakaful Digital Sdn Bhd, a company registered under the laws of Malaysia, hereinafter referred to as "the Company."

LC Wakaful Digital Sdn Bhd, through its GoBarakah platform, collects and processes personal data of users for the primary purpose of providing services related to social assistance, e-vouchers, and donation management. This includes activities such as user verification, issuance of e-vouchers, facilitation of donations, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the platform.

The Company may collect the following types of personal data:

• Full name

• Contact details (address, email, and phone number)

• Identification information (NRIC/passport number)

• Financial information (for payment transactions)

• Any other information relevant to the services provided by the GoBarakah platform

By using the GoBarakah platform by purchasing and redeeming the platform e-vouchers, users explicitly consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms outlined in this PDPA Notice.

LC Wakaful Digital Sdn Bhd may use and disclose personal data for purposes directly related to the services provided by the GoBarakah platform, including but not limited to:

• Complying with legal obligations

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties, including vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities, where necessary for the abovementioned purposes or as required by law.
